About

I'm a Creative Director and VP of Design with twenty years building and rebuilding women's brands at the highest level of fashion — Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, Kate Spade, Tommy Hilfiger, and Eddie Bauer.

My signature is heritage repositioning. I diagnose where a brand has drifted from its identity, build the creative framework to bring it back, and lead the team that delivers it across product, narrative, and brand world. Most recently, I authored the foundational creative document for Eddie Bauer's Fall/Holiday '27 launch — the brand book that unified the creative vision across all divisions following O5 Group's acquisition.

I've built and led international design organizations from the ground up. As Creative Director at Urban Revivo, I was recruited directly by the CEO to lead the brand's expansion into US and UK markets — building a 20-person design team from scratch.

Earlier in my career, I was personally appointed by Ralph Lauren to spearhead the women's design effort for the Vancouver 2010 and London 2012 Olympic uniforms. At Kate Spade, I designed the best-selling item across the entire business — an outerwear piece that outsold handbags and SLG during its season.

I'm strongest where the mandate is whole: defining the brand point of view, structuring the assortment around it, and leading the team that delivers it.

Currently open to Creative Director and VP of Design roles in women's RTW.
